Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 November 2026
Please read these terms before using B20MINER. By using any of its sites or apps, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to b20miner.xyz and its subdomains: the Launchpad (launch.b20miner.xyz), the mining app (app.b20miner.xyz) and the documentation (docs.b20miner.xyz), together "the services". The allocation Checker (check.b20miner.xyz) has its own Terms of Use, which apply there instead. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle.
2. What B20MINER is
The services are a software interface to smart contracts on the Base network. They let you create tokens, mine them with proof of work in your browser, and trade or claim them. The contracts run on the blockchain on their own; the websites only help you prepare and sign transactions with your own wallet. We do not hold your funds, keys or tokens, and we cannot reverse, cancel or change a transaction once it is sent.
3. Testnet
The Launchpad and the mining app currently run on Base Sepolia, a test network. Test ETH and test tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of value. Test deployments may be reset, replaced or stopped at any time, and their tokens and history may disappear from the apps.
4. Who may use the services
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.
- You must not use the services if you are subject to sanctions, or if you are in a country or region where using them, or crypto-asset services like them, is prohibited.
- You must not use the Launchpad, the mining app or the Checker if you live in, are located in, or are a company based in a restricted region (below).
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
Restricted regions. The Launchpad, the mining app and the Checker are not offered in:
- Cuba (CU), Iran (IR) and North Korea (KP);
- the Crimea (UA-43), Sevastopol (UA-40), Donetsk (UA-14) and Luhansk (UA-09) regions of Ukraine;
- Russia (RU) and Belarus (BY);
- any other country or region under comprehensive international sanctions.
These sites are blocked from those places. Using a VPN or other tools to get around the block is not allowed. We may add places to this list at any time.
5. Your wallet and keys
You alone control your wallet, your mining wallet and their keys, passwords and backup files. If you lose them, we cannot recover them or your assets. Anyone who obtains them can take your assets. B20MINER will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
6. Tokens created by users
Anyone can create a token on the Launchpad, with any name, symbol, image and description. We do not create, review, endorse or vouch for tokens made by users, and a token's name or image does not mean it is connected to any person, brand or project. The only reliable identity of a token is its contract address. Creators are responsible for what they publish and must not infringe anyone's rights or mislead others. We may hide a token, image or profile from our websites, for example if it is unlawful, abusive or impersonates someone; this does not change the token on the blockchain.
7. Fees
Creating a token, mining and trading involve network gas fees and the protocol fees described in the documentation. Fees are set in the smart contracts and are shown before you sign. Network fees go to the Base network, not to us.
8. Risks
Using blockchain software carries real risks, and you accept them. They include, among others: bugs or vulnerabilities in smart contracts or software; failure, delay or congestion of the Base network, RPC providers, our relay or our indexer; prices that move quickly or fall to zero; little or no liquidity; mistakes in transactions you sign; malicious tokens, sites and messages that imitate us; and changes in laws or regulation. Information shown in the apps, such as prices, balances and estimates, may be delayed or wrong; the blockchain is the final record.
9. No advice
Nothing on the services is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Do your own research and decide for yourself.
10. What you must not do
- Break any law, or use the services for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or financing illegal activity.
- Attack, overload or disrupt the services, our servers or other users, or try to get around their security or limits.
- Impersonate B20MINER or anyone else, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive.
11. The software is provided as is
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that they will be available, secure or free of errors, and we may change, pause or stop any part of them at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, B20MINER and the people who build and run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits or data, arising from your use of the services, the smart contracts, the blockchain or third-party services. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Other services
The services link to and rely on other parties, such as wallet apps, the Base network, Uniswap, Chainlink, block explorers and RPC providers. They are not ours, and their own terms apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the new terms.

You can reach us on @b20miner on X, our only official social account. We never send the first direct message.
